The short version: we don't ask you to sign up, we never collect your name or contact details, and the only data we gather is anonymous — used to see which pages and clinics visitors find useful.
Who runs this site
SKINAVI (skinavi.io) is operated by Cosmic Orca Inc. It is a directory of Korean skin clinics for foreign visitors. We are not a medical provider, a booking agent, or a patient broker — you always contact clinics directly.
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics)
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — which pages are read, roughly which country visitors come from, and what device they use. Google sets cookies (such as _ga) for this and processes the data on our behalf. It tells us about traffic patterns, not about you as an individual. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on.
Click logging (when you use a booking or contact link)
When you tap a clinic's WhatsApp, LINE, email, booking, or website link, we record an anonymous event: which clinic and channel, the page's language, your approximate country (from your connection, at country level only), and the treatment you were viewing. We do this to show foreign demand to clinics — the basis of our business. We do not record your name, email, phone number, or IP address, and nothing in this log identifies you personally.
What we never collect
No accounts, no logins, and no names, emails, or phone numbers — unless you choose to email us, in which case we only see what you send. We store no medical information about you, we never sell data, and we are never in the middle of your conversation with a clinic.
Where the data goes
Anonymous usage data is processed by Google Analytics on Google's infrastructure under its own terms, and anonymous click events are stored in our database (Supabase). Both hold only the non-identifying fields described above.
