"English spoken" at a Korean clinic can mean three very different things, and knowing which one you're getting is the whole game.
Level 1 — the doctor consults in English. You'll find this mainly at clinics that deliberately serve international patients, concentrated in Gangnam and a few tourist-heavy districts. This is what most people picture when they read "English OK" — and of the three levels, it's the least common.
Level 2 — the front desk or a coordinator handles English. You message in English, book in English, and pay in English, but the medical consultation itself runs through a coordinator or a translation app. Perfectly workable for routine treatments; worth knowing in advance for anything complex.
Level 3 — no English. Translation apps go a surprisingly long way in Korean clinics, but you should choose this deliberately, not discover it at the counter.

The 2-minute WhatsApp test. Before you fly, send the clinic a short message on the WhatsApp or LINE button from its profile:
"Hi! Do you offer [treatment]? I'd like to book a consultation for [date]. Do you have English-speaking staff for the consultation?"
The reply tells you everything a listing can't: how fast they respond, how comfortable their English actually is, and whether the consultation — not just the booking — will work in English. No reply in two business days is also an answer.
Three things to confirm in that chat: whether the consultation is with an English-speaking doctor or through a coordinator; an English price quote in writing for the treatment you want; and what happens if the doctor recommends something different on the day.
One last reality note: consent forms at many clinics are Korean-only. Ask for time to translate them with your phone before signing — clinics that see foreign patients regularly are used to this.
